This venue fulfilled all my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities. From the indoor swimming pool to the spa lounge, everything was top, notch. the helpful staff provided a full body massage that was an unforgettable experience. With its prime location right on the bank of the fjord, the sun terrace and garden area provided a view that was breathtaking.
There was one minor issue. Although the service was exceptional, the special diet menu that I requested was not properly communicated to the restaurant staff.

I can only recommend that you try this hotel, suitable for both pleasure and business. Top quality, top service, fantastic rooms and the location is great (plus the is nice running tracks). It is a little more expensive than other hotels in the area, but you really get value for money :-)

We had a lovely stay. The spa, pool and treatments were amazing. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was beautiful and delicious.
Can't fault anything about it.

The room was spacious and had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. the location was good and easily accessible. the breakfast buffet was decent and had a good variety of options to choose from.
The service provided was not up to the mark, with staff seeming inattentive and uninterested in assisting us. the decor of the hotel was dated and in need of a revamp.

Enjoyable breakfast & comfortable room
Over Easter, my partner and I stayed at a hotel that had a fantastic breakfast selection with plenty of fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, and hot dishes. We were also impressed with the comfortable bed in our room and the beautiful view of the surrounding area. An added bonus was the proximity of the hotel to key locations we wanted to explore.
Our experience was let down by the terrible dinner service on both nights of our stay. The staff were unattentive, slow, and seemed disinterested in serving us.

We had a lovely weekend away on the coast, staying in a stunning hotel with beautiful ocean views. the spacious and modern rooms were exceptionally clean, with glorious bathroom facilities. the friendly staff provided wonderful service throughout our stay, especially during breakfast in the charming dining area. the hotel is situated in the fantastic Flensburg area, with many delicious dining options nearby.
